Getting started

What is Tokon?

Tokon is a token launchpad and trading community on Robinhood Chain. Explore token markets, launch a token, open daily packs, and meet the people behind each project.

Is this real money?

Yes. Mainnet uses real ETH and USDG. Trades, approvals and claims are wallet transactions, and network gas applies.

How do I connect my wallet?

Use the wallet button in the header and follow the connection and sign-in prompts. Use the same wallet when returning to your tokens, pack history, and profile. Tokon uses external wallets; it does not hold your private keys.

Where are music, appearance, and network settings?

Open the three-dot menu beside the wallet button. Music and appearance controls, network information, and this FAQ are there.

Launching & trading

How do I launch a token?

Choose Launch in the header, connect your creator wallet, and complete the token details and launch settings. Review the information and confirm the required wallet transaction. The wallet that creates the token is used for owner verification.

How do I buy or sell?

Open a token from Explore, choose Buy or Sell, and enter an amount. The estimated received amount updates automatically. Press Buy or Sell once to begin the wallet flow. A fresh quote is checked before submission; your wallet still asks you to approve the transaction.

Why might my wallet ask for an approval before a sale?

Some trading routes require permission for the contract to spend your tokens. If that allowance is missing, your wallet may request an approval transaction before the trade. Review the contract, amount, and wallet prompts.

What fees apply to a trade?

The trade panel shows the platform fee, the selected token's creator fee, and slippage tolerance. Network gas is separate. Review the current values in the panel before confirming a transaction.

Where do I claim token fees?

Open the token's Trade panel and choose Claim fees below the purchase controls. The window checks rewards available to the connected wallet. Claiming requires an eligible balance and a wallet-confirmed transaction.

What are limit orders and TP / SL?

Limit orders set a price condition for a trade. Take-profit and stop-loss settings define exit conditions. You can view and manage submitted orders in Orders & TP/SL. A price condition alone does not guarantee a fill: the executable quote, liquidity, balances, and signed order terms must allow it.

Packs & rewards

How do I unlock the daily pack?

Connect your wallet and verify your X account from the Packs page. Eligible accounts can open one daily pack; the page shows when the next one becomes available. Optional follow and share bonuses are separate from the daily unlock.

What is inside a pack?

A daily pack contains an ETH or USDG reward. The current reward lineup, rarity, and daily pool quantities are shown on the Packs page. Availability depends on the capped reward pool.

Where can I find my packs and past drops?

Choose Inventory on the Packs page to see pack editions and select an available pack. Your drops lists the rewards you have opened. Editions marked Coming later cannot be opened yet.

Can I open a pack before rewards are funded?

Yes. Opening saves your reward even when the payout pool is unfunded. Claim the saved reward from Your drops once its original day is funded; it does not expire at midnight. ETH reward quantities are fixed when that day is funded. Opening does not send tokens to your wallet.

Why does my reward need another wallet step?

Opening a pack and receiving the on-chain payout are separate steps. If a payout needs to be claimed or checked, follow its status on the Packs page. If you already submitted a transaction, use the payout recovery option to check its transaction hash.

Owner verification

What responsibilities does a verified owner have?

Rug pulls, fraud and deliberately misleading your community are prohibited. Identity verification does not excuse misconduct or guarantee that a project is safe.

What is a rug pull (rugging)?

A rug pull is a deliberate scheme in which creators or insiders attract people to a token or project through deception, then extract value for themselves at the community’s expense. It can involve taking funds or liquidity, abusing contract controls, or abandoning a project while dishonestly keeping money raised for it.

What are examples of rugging?

Removing accessible trading liquidity after falsely promising it would stay available. Using hidden or misrepresented controls to block other holders from selling, mint extra tokens, or drain assets. Secretly selling insider holdings while lying about their ownership, lockups or planned sales. Raising money for stated work with no intention of doing it, then diverting the funds and disappearing.

Is every price drop or failed project a rug pull?

A falling price, an ordinary disclosed token sale, a missed target or a project failing is not, by itself, proof of a rug pull. Evidence of deception, misuse of control or misappropriation matters. These are general examples; they do not mean every mechanism is available on Tokon. Locked liquidity can reduce one risk, but cannot prevent every form of fraud.

Will Tokon provide verification records to courts or authorities?

Tokon will comply with valid, binding court orders and other legally enforceable requests from law enforcement or competent government authorities. Where required by applicable law, we will disclose relevant records we hold or lawfully control, including records linking a creator wallet or token to a verification session. We check the request’s authority, legal basis and scope, and limit disclosure to what is legally required.

Does verification mean my private identity can be made public?

Didit processes identity documents and face checks. Tokon’s application stores verification identifiers, status and timestamps, not ID photos or biometric data. Access to any records held by Didit depends on applicable law, provider arrangements and retention. Verification is not public doxxing: an accusation or an informal request alone does not entitle someone to your private identity data.

What should I do if I suspect a rug pull?

If you suspect fraud, preserve the token and wallet addresses, transaction hashes, dated statements and screenshots. Report suspected crime to the appropriate authorities. Do not post someone’s ID documents or private personal information, and do not treat an allegation as a proven finding. Tokon cannot promise recovery of funds.

Do I need to verify my identity to launch or trade?

Owner identity verification is voluntary. It is a separate flow for the wallet that created a token. Connecting X for packs is also separate from Didit owner verification.

How do I verify an existing token?

Open Verification and sign in with the wallet that created the token. Select your token, read the consent information, and continue with Didit. Have a government-issued ID and a camera ready for the document, face match, and liveness checks.

What identity information is public?

Didit processes your ID and face checks. Tokon stores the verification result, not your ID photos or biometric data. Your identity documents are not displayed on the token. The verification badge and any owner introduction you publish are public.

How do I become Ultra verified?

First complete owner verification with Didit. Then upload and publish an owner introduction: an MP4 up to 30 seconds and 25 MB. After a successful upload, your video becomes public and Ultra verification is published automatically, with a highlighted live activity event.

What if verification is pending or will not start?

Check that you are signed in with the creator wallet and have selected the correct token. Use Resume with Didit for an existing session, or Refresh status to check its result. Follow any instructions shown by Didit. A pending review cannot be approved from Tokon.

Does a verification badge guarantee a token is safe?

No. A badge describes the creator's identity verification status. It does not guarantee a token's performance, liquidity, behavior, or safety.

Profiles & community

Do I need a username to participate?

Reading Community is public. To post, reply, vote, save discussions or send live chat messages, sign in with your wallet and choose a unique username on Community. Usernames use 3–20 letters, numbers or underscores, starting with a letter. They stay with your wallet and cannot be changed.

How do token communities work?

Choose General for Tokon-wide discussions or a token community for its project. Join a community to add it to Following. Sort posts by Hot, New or Top, search discussions, and save posts for later. New activity appears through the live feed; use Update feed to load it without losing your reading position.

What is shown on a public profile?

Public profiles show a wallet's token launches, public community milestones, and per-token holdings and trading P&L. You can open a profile from Community, chat wallet links, or the creator link on a token.

How is token P&L calculated?

Realized P&L uses weighted-average purchase cost and net sale proceeds. Unrealized P&L uses the remaining token balance and current market reserve price, which is not an executable sell quote. Trading fees are included; gas, launch costs, and claimed fees are excluded. Transfers or incomplete history can make cost basis unknown, so P&L is shown as a dash. Currencies are kept separate.

Do profiles, live activity, and chat update automatically?

Yes. Live data is delivered through WebSockets while the relevant page is active. Profile P&L follows confirmed chain activity, so confirmation and reconnection can introduce a short delay. Check the Live or Updating indicator if data appears delayed.

What does the +1 badge on Show chat mean?

It counts new messages received while that token's chat is closed. Opening chat clears the badge. Old history and your own messages do not increase it.
