TOKON / LEGAL

Terms of Service

Draft for review · 14 September 2026

1. About these terms

Tokon provides a website for discovering and creating community tokens, interacting with blockchain contracts, managing trading interfaces, opening eligible reward packs and participating in community discussions. The website, support systems and moderation tools are operated services even where transactions execute on decentralised infrastructure. These draft terms do not establish an agreement with an unidentified operator.

2. Eligibility and account security

The proposed service is for adults aged 18 or older who can lawfully use it where they live. You are responsible for complying with restrictions applicable to you, using wallets you are authorised to control, and keeping your device, passwords and wallet credentials secure. A signed wallet session identifies control of an address; it does not prove a person’s legal identity.

3. Wallets and transactions

You approve blockchain transactions through a connected wallet or a password-unlocked browser wallet. Generated-wallet keys are encrypted before server storage; unlocked signing keys exist in browser memory. You must preserve your password and backups. Tokon support cannot reset that password, retrieve an unencrypted key or reverse a confirmed transaction. Compromised devices or website code can put unlocked wallets at risk.

Check the network, token address, amount, recipient, fees and transaction details before submitting. Network fees may be charged even for failed transactions. Session spending limits, simulations and slippage controls are safeguards, not guarantees of execution or loss prevention. Locking a browser wallet does not cancel orders already submitted.

4. Trading and token risks

Tokens may lose all value or have insufficient liquidity. Prices and displayed balances can be delayed, estimates can change, and blockchain networks, contracts or third-party services can fail. Limit, stop-loss and take-profit orders are not guaranteed to fill. Separate TP and SL orders are not automatically linked as one-cancels-the-other. Public listings, badges, rankings or verification are not endorsements or guarantees. Tokon does not provide personalised investment advice.

5. Fees and rewards

Trading may involve network, protocol, platform and token-community fees. Review the applicable transaction and token information. A displayed or opened reward can be reserved without being funded or paid; payment depends on contract eligibility, funding and successful confirmation. Do not treat a pending reward as received funds. Reward amounts, expiry and restrictions are those shown for the applicable reward. A “no purchase needed” message is not a substitute for separate promotion rules required in any jurisdiction.

6. Community rules and moderation

Do not post scams, spam, impersonation, unlawful content, threats, private credentials, or content that violates another person’s rights. You retain rights in your content and would permit the service to store and display it as needed to provide the community features. Public posts, replies and profiles are visible to others.

Platform moderators may remove content, pin discussions and lock replies. Token-community admins and their appointed moderators have these powers only within their community. Support tickets are private to the requester and authorised platform support staff. Community administration does not grant access to wallets, funds, keys or private platform support requests.

7. Support and service availability

Use Support for website issues, moderation questions and privacy requests. Never send passwords, seed phrases or private keys. Support cannot promise refunds, a particular response time, transaction execution or uninterrupted availability. Suspected abuse may lead to content restrictions or access restrictions consistent with applicable law.

8. Third parties and legal rights

Wallet providers, X, identity-verification providers, block explorers and blockchain networks have their own terms. Nothing in this draft excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Operator details, governing law, dispute handling and any legally permitted liability provisions must be completed before these terms are adopted. Material changes should be communicated with an updated version and effective date.
